SUMMARY:Workshop – featuring Fright Night
DESCRIPTION:A group of young women joined us for an empowering 12-week work
 shop designed specifically for girls aged 12-18 in Croydon. This engaging 
 program offered a safe space to discuss a variety of important topics\, pr
 oviding valuable insights and support for girls dealing with trauma and ab
 use.\n\nEach session featured interesting discussions led by professionals
  and peers\, covered themes such as self-esteem\, mental health\, resilien
 ce\, and healthy relationships. Participants had the chance to connect wit
 h others who shared similar experiences and learn from their journeys.\n\n
 As a special highlight\, participants enjoyed a surprise trip to Thorpe Pa
 rk Fright Night\, adding an exciting element to this transformative experi
 ence.\n\nThis workshop was supported by local charities for girls in Londo
 n dedicated to creating positive change.\n\nParticipants from our workshop
  also decided to attend the ‘Let’s Build Trust’ event\, held on Nove
 mber 26\, 2022\, at Fairfield Halls. Although it was an early morning star
 t\, the day was filled with valuable insights\, thanks to MP Simran Asghar
 i\, representatives from the MET Police\, Paxton Academy\, and local safer
  neighbourhood teams. The event also highlighted the importance of counsel
 ling for young women\, providing essential support and resources for those
