Role and Responsibilities:

As a Volunteer Admin Worker, you’ll be a crucial part of our team, helping to ensure that our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and filing.
  • Responding to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
  • Supporting the organization of events, workshops, and other initiatives.
  • Contributing to maintaining our database and organizational systems.
